Women in Business is an organization at Texas State that welcomes all classifications and majors. We provide members with professional resources, mentors, and networking opportunities that may not be available elsewhere. WIB aims to deliver a sense of comradery and a feeling of belongingness to our members as they progress through their college career. The Women in Business Organization encourages inclusion, diversity, and community.

Women in Business at Texas State strives to foster professionalism and growth in its members. We aim to increase members’ knowledge and involvement in the professional world to prepare them for the transition from college to the “real world”. WIB is dedicated to providing meaningful career direction, professional network development, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
